CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Francisco Pangelinan, who suffers from Dementia.

He was last known to be in the parking lot of the Kapolei Home Depot area on Monday, May 15, 2023, at approximately 2:30 p.m. His car was found abandoned in the Home Depot parking lot. He was possibly seen in the area of Renton Road and Kapolei Parkway on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at approximately 7:00 a.m. His family and friends are concerned for his safety and well-being.

Missing: Francisco Pangelinan

Age: 85 years old

Height: 5’8”

Weight: 137 lbs.

Hair: Gray

Eyes: Brown

Clothing: Olive green T-shirt, beige shorts, slippers, glasses
