Red is my favorite color ❤️ These bombshells wore Red too so of course we had to take a picture. I love how sassy they look, so successful in business with the kindest heart. The three of us are all moms, in different stages of our lives, but we all connect.

Liz was our marketing guru at Coldwell Banker before she started her current new business.

Julie is the expert in 1031 exchanges and when I first heard her speak 10 years ago, I thought“She is a bomb 💣” Currently, I am working with her on two 1031 exchanges for my client.

It’s supply & demand. Sharing a few key points she made.
1) More than 2/3 of homeowners have mortgages locked in at 4% or lower. Today it’s about 7%.
2) Many home owners are opting to stay in their current home which decreases supply.

Just Sold! Congratulations to my Seller. This was the first property she purchased in Hawaii. She fell in love with the community at this condo that she decided to purchase 2 units. This started her journey in purchasing more units in Hawaii. She is a female investor who has a keen eye and globe trots. She is kind, elegant, sophisticated, and charming. Catching up over breakfast with my wonderful friends before a round of golf was a wonderful way to spend my Saturday morning.

I love Turtle Bay Resort, especially after their renovation, the whole hotel gives off a vibe. Coming to Turtle Bay Resort is like a mini-vacation. Every time I come here, it feels like I am at a hotel on an outer island.
