A little reminder that good things can happen at unplanned times:
After 169 days, four extensions, and countless hoops for the buyers to jump through, this listing was finally sold. My Seller’s tenants became first‑time homeowners in the condo they’d been renting for years, and we are all over the moon🙌🏼
With lots of hard work, the guidance of a dedicated local lender, and extreme patience from my seller, a dream of homeownership came true.
Having these buyers get to stay in the place they already called home… that’s a joy that lingers and a reminder of why I love my job so much.
