Standard Commercial commits its intimate knowledge of the Honolulu commercial real estate market to finding space solutions for clients in all property classes. We work often by referral on an exclusive basis representing local, regional and national tenants, including the servicing of corporate real estate accounts, negotiating new and renewal leases with skill and purpose. We pay attention to the details on behalf of our clients. Our full service platform encompasses abstracting leases to ascertain a client’s position relative to the current market and any potential cost-saving opportunities, examining existing space layouts for inefficiencies which can be resolved by current space utilization trends, exploring viable property alternatives to assure that business terms being negotiated are market competitive, and providing financial analyses of various lease scenarios to enable tactical negotiating decisions. Essentially, we serve as a tenant’s external real estate division, dedicated to ensuring that a prospective occupancy structure will produce maximum business efficiency at the lowest possible cost, as well as an optimal business environment to maximize the company’s productivity and profitability. We specialize in representing landlords of Class A office properties in developing dynamic marketing plans involving both broad-based and targeted marketing practices, designed to tailor lease offers and match tenants with specific spaces which satisfy key decision-indicators ascertained during our discussions with prospective tenants.
