Oahu Market Pulse: June 2026

Prices continue their measured climb: up 2.6% year to date for single-family homes, and 1.5% for condos, now at $515,000. A surge in sales between $1,300,000 and $1,999,999 helped push June’s single-family median higher.

Buyers are moving fast. Single-family homes are selling in a median of just 13 days, down from 24 a year ago. Condos held steady at 40 days. And sellers are winning: the share of single-family homes selling above asking price rose to 33%, with a median of 100% of original asking price received in June.

The market is not cooling. It is sharpening.
