✨ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT ✨This month’s featured member is Marilyn Griffin of Island Sotheby’s International Realty on Maui. Marilyn started her career as an ER nurse. She mainly works in real estate now, but when possible, she puts her nursing skills to work as a volunteer — including traveling across the world to provide polio immunizations. Two NEW standard forms are now available:
* Seller’s Real Property Disclosure Statement Amendment (RR114)
* “Customer” (Unrepresented Buyer) Disclosure and Consent (RR233)

Revisions were made to the following standard forms:
* Exclusive Right-to-Sell Listing Contract (RR101)
* Seller’s Real Property Disclosure Statement (RR109)
* Distressed Property Addendum to Exclusive Right-to-Sell Listing Contract (RR111)
* Distressed Property Addendum to Purchase Contract (RR222)
* Property Condition Form (RR302)

From now through July 1, 2026, eligible applicants impacted by the Kona Low storms in March may apply for a grant of up to $1,000 through the Hawai’i REALTORS® Charitable Foundation. Funding, provided by NAR’s REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF) in the amount of $200,000, will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. RRF offers housing-related assistance to disaster-impacted communities.
