We are pleased to share that demolition of the makai warehouse at the corner of Cooke and Auahi Street, next to SALT at Our Kakaʻako, is nearing completion. 🚧

💡The demolition will make way for essential electrical infrastructure improvements that will serve the future Kahuina community, expanding homeownership opportunities for Hawaiʻi’s workforce and providing resilient infrastructure for the new community.

🏗️Kahuina will introduce two residential towers featuring 861 residential units, with 60% of the homes designated for qualified Hawaiʻi residents.
