Eveleen is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She attended University of Houston in Texas and moved to Honolulu. As she spent her childhood growing up in Malaysia and in a multi-cultural family, she is well-versed in dealing with people of various cultural backgrounds. Eveleen started her real estate career when she joined Kamehameha School's Commercial Real Estate Department. Since then, she fell in love with real estate. As she is still serving in the commercial real estate industry, she also has a tremendous passion for residential real estate. She is a veteran who served in the United States Army, she also offers a unique understanding of the VA Loan process and how to structure deals that can save you time, effort and money. Through her real estate experiences, she learned that it takes effort, knowledge, time, and patience to find the right home or property. With her experiences and passion for the real estate industry; she will assist you to achieve your real estate goal and navigate through the real estate buying or selling process. Eveleen loves adventures, hiking, traveling, practicing yoga, spending time with family and her dogs during her free time.
