The Honolulu single-family home market is heating up, showcasing year-over-year growth. Sales volume jumped by 26.2% with 260 homes sold, signaling a strong surge in buyer activity. This robust demand also drove property values higher, resulting in a 3.4% increase in the median sales price to $1,199,500.

Meanwhile, the Honolulu condo market is stabilizing, reflecting a balanced and steady environment. Although total sales softened slightly by 4.9% to 351 closed transactions, property values remained exceptionally firm. The median sales price for condos saw a healthy 2.0% increase to $510,000, proving that owners are continuing to see secure value in their investments despite a calmer pace of sales.

The median sales price increased by 1.7% to $1,205,000 compared to February 2025, supported by a healthy 6% rise in total sales volume. This upward momentum reflects a confident buyer pool and a larger share of sales successfully closing in higher price tiers.

Meanwhile, the Honolulu condominium market is demonstrating excellent stability. While there was a slight 0.7% decrease in the overall number of sales, the median condo price still experienced a modest 1.2% increase to comfortably reach $500,000. This steady performance indicates a balanced, resilient market that continues to hold its value for both buyers and sellers.
