Did you know sellers can actually help buyers with their closing costs? 👀

💰 For Buyers → Closing cost credits reduce the amount of cash you need at the closing table.
🏡 For Sellers → Offering credits can attract more buyers and sometimes works better than lowering your list price.

👉 Credits must be agreed on in the contract, can’t exceed actual costs, and vary by loan type.
