Super Value Buy. Property is a bit outside of Lyle, WA and is a newer, almost never lived-in log home on 10 acres with a great Mt Hood view. Asking price is $275K!!! and property is dividable. Property most recently sold in November 2007 for $439K. Owner was transfered and property is now owned by the relocation company who wants to move it. Great place for someone looking for a bit of a get-away.
