🎃 Help us make Halloween a little more magical for local families! 👻

Don Nunamaker Realtors is hosting our 2nd Annual Halloween Costume Collection & Giveaway Party, and we’re collecting new and gently used Halloween costumes for kids and adults.

If you have costumes your family has outgrown or no longer needs, we’d love to give them another life and help make Halloween fun and affordable for families in our community.

🎃 Costume Giveaway Party: October 14, 3:00–7:00 PM

And if getting a costume to us is difficult, we’re happy to come pick it up!

Mt. Adams views, open skies, and 5.16 peaceful acres in Parkdale’s upper valley. This beautifully crafted farmhouse offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a built-in office, and an open floor plan with picture windows that bring the outdoors in. A year-round creek flows through the property, and the wrap-around covered porch is the perfect place to relax and take in the mountain views. Detached guest quarters offer space for visitors, a studio, or creative retreat. Irrigated pastures and landscaping complete this peaceful slice of Gorge country living.

So grateful to have such amazing clients I work with.. 2-2026

"Kris is such a kind and helpful realtor and person. She is incredibly responsive and thorough, and an amazing advocate and teammate. Not everything can be perfectly seamless when buying and selling real estate, but with Kris, it was so smooth. She is very intuitive with her clients, and anticipates any potential mishaps, nipping them in the bud early on. Kris knows her stuff, not only on the real estate end, but with the gorge and surrounding areas as well. We felt well taken care of, and will recommend her to others in the future! I feel very grateful to have found such a wonderful person to represent us through this process."

Thanks to all who responded to my outreach request for MOVING BOXES. I was able to deliver over 75 solid moving boxes, & packing material to a client with a family who is in the process of packing up their home for a big move.
(New Listing in White Salmon Coming Soon-Stay tuned)

Shout out to NEXTDOOR community members, Don, Pamela & Laura Kay for their gracious offers to donate some solid moving boxes that were no longer needed that can now be reused and repurposed!

I am so grateful for our community and I had the pleasure of meeting a few new local community members in the process. BONUS for me!

Thank you all again for responding.
