Heres a few tips for you Buyers😀

1) Be patient. Buying a home is a big investment and it takes time to find the perfect one. Let me handle the stress.

2) Get pre-approval from a bank. This is a must have when submitting offers and also allows us to know what is in your budget.

3) Be willing to compromise. Can you paint the walls yourself? Can you change the lightbulbs yourself? Can you cover your own closing costs? These are things to compromise on. Being a little flexible goes a long way.
