Today was really special! It was super incredible to see my clients close on their first home. We had a very intense and far reaching search on our hands, but eventually found the right house! Sometimes, you just know it when the home matches the client, and in this case-couldn't be a better fit. Happy Fri-YAY! Perfect sunny day to see my client Chris close on his first home! Chris showed enormous patience with the process, and was rocking a smile every time I saw him. Despite some disappointments along the way with offers- Chris demonstrated repeatedly that "attitude is everything" and this transaction confirmed that often things don't work out because something MUCH better is coming! It was a gorgeous day for a closing! While it was bittersweet for my Seller to say good-bye to a home she had showered with upgrades and maintenance, and to leave behind precious memories-she also sold to a young family who is perfect for this home- it checked every box, and they will create so many new memories of their own. What an amazing 48 hours!
