This year, we’re excited to bring our Client Appreciation Event to Pelham City Park! We chose this location for a couple of reasons, not only does it give you a fresh new backdrop for your family photos, but we also timed our event so you can stick around and enjoy one of Pelham’s favorite community events afterward! Beginning at 4:30 PM, Deputy 5 will be playing live music as part of Pelham’s Music in the Park. Deputy 5 is a Birmingham-based four-piece country band featuring lead guitar/fiddle, acoustic guitar, bass, drums, and three vocalists. We think they’ll be the perfect soundtrack for a fun fall evening in the park! 🎶

We hope you’ll plan to stay after our event and enjoy the music, food, and festivities with your family. We can’t wait to celebrate YOU! 💙

This one was extra special. I had the privilege of helping repeat clients who had called their Vestavia home theirs for 20 years. We originally knew each other as friends from church, so getting to walk alongside them again during such a big transition was truly an honor. After previously helping them sell their family’s home, purchase their son’s first home and purchase a lot to build their next home, there’s something so special about being trusted not just once, but again and again. 🥹🤍

✨ Closing #2 - Calera
This family holds such a special place in my heart. I helped them purchase their very first home in Calera, back when they were a family of two. That home became the place where they brought home three beautiful children. And now, years later, I got to help them take the next step into their second home and a brand-new chapter. 🏡

Some closings are extra special, and this one is definitely one we’ll remember!

Lori’s first-time homebuyers have only been in the U.S. since January, and it was such an honor to help them find a place to call home. They were truly the sweetest humans to work with, and we couldn’t be happier for them as they begin this exciting new chapter. 🇺🇸

And we have to give a huge shoutout to the seller, who went above and beyond to make this transition easier. She generously left the entire home furnished—from furniture to dishes and everything in between—because she simply wanted to help these first-time buyers in any way she could. What an incredible act of kindness!
