As of May, 2022, Alabama came in 21st for the most foreclosures per capita. This is too high, but expect these numbers to rise everywhere over the next few months (and years?) as inflation, interest rate hikes and overvaluation to take their toll. Don't wait to sell (or buy). Doing my periodic Ethics training for my NAR membership, I'm reminded of the inspiring mission set out by those that came before.
