This month was on fire in the real estate department and in the best ways 👏🏻 - from multiple closings, multiple new listings, multiple price adjustments, multiple amounts of rebranding of current stagnant listings, multiple personal transactions taking place and referrals being received and given out… I’d say it was a solid busy month in real estate and the type of month most of us Realtors dream of! 🫶🏻🙌🏻

I think the month of September we dissociated and the whole month has become one big blur. 😅 We must have been in survival mode on steroids to have now made it out on the other side …so glad I have pictures and videos to remind me of everything we accomplish. Looks like we had a fun, hectic, emotional, chaotic and great month from my photo app! 😂👏🏻

August was the month that melted away! 🫠😅 It’s an exhausting one for many reasons, but also an exciting month. Summer ends and School begins! Sports in the evenings with humidity ranges making temps feel like they are in the triple digits. The last of summer fun and trips before everyone goes into the Fall season mindset. O and we just happen to have loads of real estate appts, conversations, and discussions of moving preparations before the holiday season is truly upon us!

We know the moving process can start out fun and quickly turn into daunting tasks with a mindset that makes you second guess everything, but we also know how great you will feel in that new home over the holiday season once the current chaos passes and new memories start being made. Trust yourself and trust the process 🫶🏻

July is traditionally the slowest summer month in real estate and yet it was the busiest one we have had in years. 👏🏻😅 Grateful and Thankful doesn’t even accurately describe my feelings about it… from the last minute requests for showings on houses, to the referrals from other agents to us out of no where and then unexpectedly earning listings and securing offers immediately on those properties - it’s been a solid successful month in Alabama real estate. 🫶🏻

If I was to summarize February... fast & furious!

Does anyone else feel like they blinked and it went from February 1st to March 1st?!

We started the month with a spontaneous adult only birthday ski trip 🙌, then quickly got thrown into SOOOO much real estate busyness, elementary school craziness for our older two, sickness from the one year old that traveled through everyone in the family, and then to top it all off sport tournament weekends started up too! 😅

Side note - but with the mild winter weather this month did one else in the South notice that the wasps are already back out? 🫨

Anyway! Cheers to February and all its real estate wins ...may the force be with us as we really enter into the Spring competition season of Alabama’s real estate market!

If I were to summarize January... "whew!"

That's all I've got to say for it 😂. O and thank you to the lenders, co-op agents, clients, closing attorney's etc for dealing with all of us this month too! ha! The amount of phone calls taken with kids squealing (we have three little girls so yes squeals over screams happen here) in the house in the background was maybe at an all time record this month. 😅

Cheers to January's real estate wins and successful transactions -- the Spring housing market competition has officially begun here in Birmingham, Alabama.
