This one is so bittersweet because I have been working with Sunny and her family since last year! They were ready for a change and we finally found their new house back in February. After what seemed like a hurdle at every turn, we managed to get to the closing table.

Then it became time to list their old home which was difficult for me because Sunny was my literal neighbor! I knew we had to find just the right buyer for our perfect little neighborhood. There are challenges with every transaction and this one had a few to say the least, BUT WE DID IT!

The blood, sweat, time, tears, love, and money that go into these transactions are not easy but ALWAYS worth it! I can’t thank this family enough for trusting me and finally handing over the keys to the home they once loved!
