Without the right financial guidance, even the right house can stay out of reach. Bonita Healed AndRestored understands that firsthand. Since 2010, she has worked in lending, helping clients get financially prepared to buy and guiding them through the early stages of the homeownership journey.
Even before becoming a licensed real estate agent, she was already helping people identify homes online and connecting them with agents to move the process forward.
After earning her real estate license in 2022 and joining EPI Real Estate, Bonita expanded the way she serves her clients even further. Today, as an agent, lender, and business owner ( BJ's Diner ), she brings a well-rounded perspective grounded in preparation, service, and real-world experience.
One of the most memorable moments in her real estate journey came at her first EPI awards banquet, where she was recognized with FOUR amazing honors, including Rookie of the Year and Multi-Million Dollar Producer..... What she thought would be a chance to simply attend and observe became a powerful reminder that her hard work was already making an impact.
