1. Contracts have real estate jargon that you might not understand and you need a knowledgeable agent to explain it to you so you won’t just sign anything

2. Builder’s agents work directly for the builder and on the builders behalf so you need a trust worthy buyers agent to navigate you through the process. Some builders have their own contracts so hire a trustworthy agent to guide you through the process.

3. When selling your home, your agent should have resources and a network to help get your home sold, also listing sites that give your home more exposure and helps get it sold faster!!

4. A knowledgeable agent will have resources to lenders that fit your needs and also credit repair professionals.
