I don't inspect for the money. Though its nice. I inspect to help and educate people. More than once I just go out for free to assist someone in need. Helped out a fellow hunter yesterday. Said he was having issues and needed input. We sorted it out eventually. But I kinda felt like maybe I needed an exorcist for a minute. Never seen anything like this.

Edit. This was a double wide mobile home. Severe crawlspace moisture. HVAC duct was saturated inside. We found that the roof/attic wasn't adequately ventilated. Where the two sides were joined had a fairly large gap that wasn't sealed. The HVAC was pulling humid hot attic air into the home and between the walls. They were so saturated the paint got blisters that bled when cut

When the electrical work is completed by someone who can't spell "bath" makes one wonder if the work was permitted or performed by someone licensed. The answer is no.
