It was evident when this friend’s mom needed more care than they could provide in her home that is was time. Life change can be hard because those walls held so many family memories, and my friend wanted most of all to make sure she was doing the right thing for her mom. Assurances came throughout the process. She even took her mom back for one last visit before it sold. Her mom said, “this has been a good house.” Yes, Mrs. H, it has. Now, a young couple will be starting their family in this “good house” that they will make their own. It was more evidence of God’s grace and provision!

This one was special! Precious friends with a story of redemption and a second chance in life and a new home to celebrate that. God is the author of this story and He provided just the right place for them at just the right time. This wasn’t just a transaction or the end of a deal. It’s the beginning of a life rebuilt together with the Lord leading. We are so happy for y’all!

My sellers and I decided to put their listing as “Coming Soon” on Christmas Eve (people are looking at houses on their phones during the holidays anyway, right?). Then I asked if I could do an all day open house on Friday, Jan. 2 because people are typically still off from work and kids are out of school. They agreed. We had great success with the open house and received multiple offers and now one of those open house attendees owns a new home! Thank you to my sellers for trusting me to try something different!
