From fire damage to fire đŸ”„ This is the best part of flipping houses!!

The vanity came from the auction for $100, the microcement over the existing sturdy, just out dated tile $200 and sweat equity. New toilet $100, flooring tile left over from other jobs $0 (because it was also from the auction and tiled at least two other flips). Floor tile also used for backsplash:) the most important expensive part of this bathroom was reframing the layout, plumbing, drywall, & paint. Faucets and lighting - Amazon. Oh, I forgot, Mirrors from the auction $10. The auction can be very addictive just FYI 😁
