Can We Talk About This Workshop?
Sometimes a property has one feature that completely changes the conversation.
For me, it's this workshop.

At 55×80, it's much more than a place to park equipment. It's the kind of space that opens the door to possibilities.

Picture your classic car collection under one roof. Or finally having a dedicated woodworking shop. Maybe it's the perfect place to run your business from home, store your RV and boat, or keep all of your equipment protected and organized.

Inside you'll find 19-foot ceilings, three roll-up doors, concrete floors, a private office, a full bathroom, water and power, plus a private driveway with plenty of parking.

Located on 17.9 beautiful acres in the Corner Community of Blount County, this impressive workshop is paired with an exceptional full brick home, creating a property that's designed for so much more than everyday living.

If this workshop belonged to you, what would be the first thing you'd move in?

I'd love to hear your answer!

What do you get the Dad who already has everything?

How about 17.9 acres.

A pond full of fishing stories waiting to happen.

A 55×80 workshop big enough for tractors, boats, tools, projects, and whatever else follows him home.

And a beautiful brick home in the Corner Community of Blount County where family and friends can gather for years to come.

Now that's a Father's Day gift.

Happy Father's Day from TeamCarruth!

Today, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy every single day. Their sacrifice gave us the opportunity to gather with family, build our homes, chase our dreams, and live in liberty.

Thank you will never feel like enough for those who laid down their lives for this country, but today we honor them with grateful hearts and deep respect. May we never take their sacrifice for granted.

🇺🇸 God bless our fallen heroes and the families who carry their memory forward.
