The Annual WSPOA Member meeting will take place on May 3rd at 1pm. We will have hot dogs and other treats to snack on while mingling with your neighbors. The clubhouse should be done by then and we're looking forward for our members to see it!

We also noticed that there are homes for sale in our wonderful neighborhood and have been reaching out to the listing agents as we always do to remind them to inform any and all potentional buyers that per our by by-laws short term rentals are not allowed.

We have a couple of homes for sale in the neighborhood and in case realtors and potential buyers look us up on Facebook, we need to stress that per our deeds and by-laws, short term rentals are not permitted. We have and will continue to pursue legal action against any homeowners who violate our by by-laws.

Sec. 1 – Restrictions.

(A) One (1) renting of any dwelling or other property in Wildwood Shores by any member, regardless of duration, during any one (1) calendar year, shall be countenanced by the Board of Governors as outside the scope of a “business” disallowed by Par. 15 of the Deed covenants of this Association.
