🚚 NEW STATE 🏡 NEW HOME, WHO DIS? 🤗

Two things are certain with this military lifestyle we live:
1. Change 😬
2. More change 😩

📍31 days ago, our movers arrived to pack our house up
📍26 days ago, the moving truck pulled away from our home, signaling the close of a surprisingly short chapter in NC.
📍19 days ago, our moving truck arrived in our new state (before WE even got there 🤪)
📍17 days ago, our household goods were unloaded at our new residence an hour after we took possession, starting a new chapter in a return to a state we know all too well with new opportunities.

While juggling everything that goes along with the before/after chaos of a PCS move, I’ve managed to:

▪️Refer 4 previous clients out, all of whom which have listings going live soon 🎉
▪️Place 5 referrals from AMAZING folks who found me on social media 🫶🏽
▪️Knock out 52 pages of my dissertation
▪️Complete my CE for license renewal in FL, NC, & TX
▪️Send out the 1st phase of a farming marketing plan to a new subdivision - because if you’re a real estate professional and you’re NOT farming where you live/ own property, I don’t know what you’re doing with your life, sweetie 🤷🏽‍♀️
