With the recent changes to the real estate profession I decided to expand my education and have obtained my ABR Designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative)

While this was not a huge achievement, it was very informative. I learned valuable information from agents across the country about representing buyers in the current market. I learned more information about the use of the required buyers agreement that we must enter into with new clients before showing them any homes.

Most importantly it reminded me of the importance of having a Buyer's Agent and what we bring to the table when you are purchasing a home.
