Ended January with 2 sales. I had fun with the buyers of this home. They had their heart set on a totally different county where family is located. But discussing their commuting needs, and knowing the area and the travel and traffic nuances, I introduced them to Dutchess County. They knew nothing about the area coming from NYC but realized it was a better fit and their heart was then set on this house. Negotiations were tricky but we made it and they have some big plans for a primary suite oasis. I wish them the best.
