I’ve got sellers that signed a bad contract with one of those house buying companies that you see on TV. They were very deceitful and lied and I had proof that they were deceiving them. So I was trying to help get them out of the contract. They were giving them push back. I’ve been waiting for 2 days for their decision. Today I went to lunch with my realtor. When walking out of the restaurant I see an uno card face down. I pick it up and was surprised when I seen what it was. A few hours later I had the release in hand
