It took about three weeks to convert the upstairs workstations into seven private offices, a mini-lounge, and an upstairs printer station. Five new businesses have already moved in, while 2 private offices are currently available for $295/mo.

CoWorking has turned out to be a popular option in Hopewell. All 8 of our private offices rented quickly, with a waiting list! Our open workstations on the other hand, not so much. In response this month we'll be converting 7 workstations into private offices, at $295/mo, all inclusive. Amazingly, all but 1 are already spoken for! The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in Hopewell. Thanks to all who have shown an interest in our latest venture!
