Region 8 includes our home state of Minnesota as well as IA, NE, ND, and SD. As the Regional Vice President, Jason will act as a spokesperson for NAR in the region.

Minnesota Realtors® from across congressional districts spent last week participating in Capitol Hill Visits for National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Meetings!!! 🤝📜

While we were there, we talked critical pro-Realtor® and housing policy issues with Congressional staff as well as Minnesota State Senator Tina Smith Tina Smith and State Senator Amy Klobuchar.

None of it would have been possible without Minnesota Realtors®’ Federal Political Coordinators (FPCs) who have developed such meaningful relationships with our representatives and act as key advocacy leaders for Realtors® and the industry. Getting to see them in their element last week was inspiring!

Happy Saturday! Did you know that Minnesota is #1 state when it comes to quality of life, according to the State of the Nation 2026 report! 👀✨💖🕯🌼🧼

The project measured multiple topics such as Citizenship and Democracy, Social Capital, Education, Economy, and more! As for our favorite state, Minnesota ranked in the top ten of areas including (but not limited to):
• Volunteerism
• Labor Force Participation Rate
• Life Expectancy
• Voter Participation
• Social Isolation
• and so much more!
