I just submitted my 2,500th appraisal report. That accounts for a total of $718,392,500 of real estate I've had the privilege of analyzing over the years.

At today's values that's 24,464 pounds of gold. Roughly equal to the weight of 6 SUVs.

It's enough to buy every house on the market today in Hopkins School District 22 times over, with change!

It's approximately 3.12% of the current market cap of GameStop.
