Today marks 8 years in real estate and what a journey it has been.

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to help families buy their first homes, sell longtime homes, invest in land, and start new chapters. I’m incredibly thankful for every client, referral, friend, and supporter who has trusted me along the way.

Real estate is about far more than transactions. It’s about relationships, trust, and helping people make some of the biggest decisions of their lives. I’m grateful to continue serving this community and excited for what’s ahead.

Cold snap is here—protect your pipes!

With early-season temps dropping, here are some quick reminders to help prevent frozen lines and costly repairs:
• Wrap/insulate any exposed pipes.
• Remove hoses from outdoor faucets and check for leaks.
• Keep meter box lids closed; if a lid looks unsecured, please contact HWEA.
• Let warm air reach pipes—open cabinet doors under kitchen/bath sinks.
• On the coldest nights, run a steady trickle from the highest faucet in your home.
• Know where your home’s main water shut-off valve is in case of a burst line.
• Never use an open flame to thaw a pipe—this is a fire hazard.
