Here’s our latest project. Great fully brick home in Deepwood. As you can see, the home is stuck in the 60’s. We are about 85% completed now and you won’t recognize it now. Here’s our next project! This is an amazing house that’s over 3400 square feet. Story is that this home has been empty about 9 years. The rehab work has already begun and it’s already looking much better! This thing is going to be awesome!

Today marks another first for us. This is our first check from the sale of our first house as RTM Properties! It has been an amazing 8 months since we decided to start a real estate business together and it has been amazing so far. We are actively looking for another property to rehab. We enjoy finding homes that need some “love” and bettering the neighborhoods and communities. If you know of a house that needs some work, let us know. Time to find another property!!!

Well here it is!! This is our first rehab project and it's 95% complete. Just need the back splash in the kitchen put up and it will be good to go.
