This closing was about much more than selling a home.
Kripa and Rathna had already relocated out of state, so they needed someone they could rely on here in Massachusetts. Throughout the process, I became their local point person—meeting contractors, coordinating repairs, connecting them with trusted professionals, checking on the property, and making sure everything stayed on schedule while they focused on getting settled in their new home.
We officially closed yesterday on 5 Green Lane, and I'm truly grateful for the trust they placed in me.
One of the things I enjoy most about this business is being there for my clients when they need me. Sometimes that means negotiating an offer, and sometimes it means meeting a plumber, tile installer, carpenter, or movers at the house so my clients don't have to worry about it from hundreds of miles away.
Congratulations, Kripa and Rathna! Thank you for trusting me throughout this journey. It was a pleasure helping you every step of the way, and I wish you both nothing but happiness in your new home.
