Are you going to be buying or selling a home? If so you need to be familiar with the term "dual agency". Dual agency occurs when one real estate agent represents both the buyer and the seller.

This is a horrible situation that offers no benefits to a buyer or seller.

The only one who wins in dual agency is the real estate agent. If consumers truly understood the dynamics behind dual agency, they would never agree to allow it.
