Our model home at West Ridge Circle scored 54 on the HERS (Energy Star) index making it 46% more efficient than a home built to the current energy code. Built using structural panel (SIP) walls and insulated form (ICF) foundation.

Blower door test on our Model Home today (Lot 7 West Ridge Circle, Hopkinton) for Energy Star rating. Just under 2 air changes per hour per test, energy code is 7 or less. Tightness due to structural insulated panel (SIP) walls and air sealing.
