Okay just for clarification I have 2 apt complexes named Harbor House-one at 701 L. Street in Hoquiam and one across the street 702 L Street in Hoquiam it is blue. At my 702 L Street Apts I have a 1bedroom apt downstair rents for $875 and security is $875. There's $1000.00 pet deposit 1/2 is refundable at move-out. This apartment is ready now. Applications are located outside my office at 1001 Lincoln St. Hoquiam. There's a $45 app fee and each adult must fill out their own application. Apps can be returned at my office along with fee and placed in my rent drop dox. Make checks out to Harbor House Hoquiam LLC
