The amount of active inventory INCREASED year-over-year by .7% with over 1994 active listings and the number of new listings WAS DOWN 5.2% with a total of 933 new listing in August 2023. Homes in El Paso receive on average 2-3 offers and UNDER CONTRACT around 16-24 days UP BY 6.7%. The median sale price per square foot in El Paso is $150 up 6.8% since last year.
