Ray served 24 years on active duty, and has more than 40 years of experience in real estate transactions, rental property, and construction of manufactured housing, with an electrical and plumbing background. Ray has been in the El Paso and military community for more than 18 years and has a thorough knowledge of the transitions associated with these professions.
