It is Tuesday, we are open 11am to 8pm. Come get that wonderful food. Do not forget to order smoked butts for the 4th or family events. We are also doing our corn-hole tournament Saturday. Come out and have fun starting at 3pm and $10 to enter.
I wanted to do a team member highlight. We are highlighting us as the new owners. Give yall some background on us.
Scott and Virginia Cooper. We are the new owners of this wonderful family restaurant. A little background, Virginia is from Hornbeak. Here whole family on her dad side is from Hornbeak. She is Joe Ruble daughter. I know everybody knows Joe and his mom June Ruble. Scott (yes my eyes are closed in the picture lol) I was born in Union City raised mainly in Troy. We both are born and raised in Northwest Tennessee. We are honored and bless to have purchased this wonderful restaurant from a local family Kim and John Dickerson. Being truthful we do not know anything about the restaurant business. We are blessed to have MeganAnd Richard Higgins run and cook for you all. We are a Christian family and going to run this restaurant as a family friendly environment. Virginia is a licensed esthetician. Scott is a Civil Engineer Tech. I am working on my Engineering degree. Been in the engineering field for 14 years now. I hope yall will support us to keep this business going. We are thankful to everyone that has come out and supported us.
