This closing was truly a collaborative effort. I originally listed the property, but when my buyers decided it was the right home for them, Valerie Kelly stepped in to represent the seller while I represented the buyers.

When Sybil’s son moved to Horseshoe Bay from Ohio, we started with one plan for his housing needs. When circumstances changed, it was back to the drawing board to find something that worked for him on his own.

🏡 Sometimes real estate is about so much more than buying and selling property.

I recently had the opportunity to sell this lot in Horseshoe Bay, knowing it was being purchased for Highland Lakes Habitat for Humanity. Seeing the groundbreaking take place and knowing this property will soon become a home for a local family is incredibly rewarding.

As a Realtor, I get to be part of many different transactions, but some just mean a little more. Knowing I played even a small role in helping this lot become the place where a family will build a home and create new memories is something I’m truly grateful for.
