Update: 12, yes a dozen, trucks and 20 workers on Witmer near Dresher Road getting ready to dig up Witmer (between 555 Flats and M&T bank). All sitting waiting to work for over 2 hours now. Partial road closure. Oh yeah, I think the bank doesn’t exist now. All signage is down.
