And to round off our November closings are these two new investors, Mike and Jen! Mike and Jen recently closed on their very first investment property! If things would’ve gone Mike’s way I think he would’ve ended up with a new car instead of a house. Which as much fun as it would be, wouldn’t bring in any passive income. But lucky for him he has an incredibly persistent wife who was finally able to persuade him to get their money to work for them! They landed this beautiful split level which was recently fully renovated. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 luxurious baths, a large kitchen, full back deck, and more! In addition this property is accompanied with a garage with lofted 1 bedroom apartment. We were able to score this home with home inspections AND the home appraised above value. All 3 units can now be rented out which means big things for Mike, Jen, and their family.
