Since we offer so many services, I will continue posting updates with pictures of jobs that Griffin's Property Maintenance has performed. So you can see for yourself that we stand by our work and (267)663-1494 is what your happiness was missing 😁, because we take care of our customers. Today we had a property which needed multiple issues improved to please our clients. First Griffin's Property Maintenance had to remove trim/ quarter round, delicately to reuse ( cost effective). Removal of flooring, pergo style tongue and groove was needed since appliances we're installed before flooring was replaced. Removal of faulty appliance, then packed up floor were appliance was so floor could be flush. We then had to repair significant water damaged areas in kitchen sink cabinet. Minor electrical and plumbing issues we're needed for updating. Installation of new appliance was performed. Then relayed flooring and reinstalled trim that was removed. Reconnected water lines and inspection was necessary to guarantee no damage would continue. Discussed the improvements with homeowner and once they gave the thumbs up carefully and throrough cleaning was performed to provide our customer a comfortable kitchen which they deserved. Due to time restraints I forgot pics, I'm sorry, I know no excuses I had tons of spare time, lol. But they will be included soon. I can't wait to post the finished product. It was a wet handful, handigging the foundation was a nightmare. But we always go the extra mile to ensure our clients satisfaction.
