3-PEAT isn't only for championships... it is for representing your clients in three different transactions!!
I had the honor of representing them last fall as they purchased this beautiful lake house in October. When they were ready to sell, I was again honored to represent them and sold their home. It was then time to purchase a rental property, and for the third time I represented them in purchasing a great property on the lake.
We closed within 1 week ( only 7 days) of each other YESTERDAY!
After our closing, I was invited to see the beautiful renovations on the lake house purchased in the fall. It is absolutely stunning!!!
As we walked through each room, seeing the beautiful changes made, watching them thrilled with their now forever home, the excitement of a rental on the lake, knowing their former home was purchased by new owners who absolutely love it, what a wonderful success story this is!
It takes a " Village" to get these to the closing table, from the title company, the loan side of the transaction, the other agent you work with, and a great admin team to get all the moving parts put together and is truly team work.
In the end, it isn't the $$ or the volume of sales one makes as an agent, it is the shared stories, the homemade cookies you eat as you walk through the home you sold them, admiring the gorgeous renovations.
It is about the hugs at the end of the day, as you walk out the door, the bonds you build with your clients, knowing how valuable those relationships are when they trust you again and again with one of the most profound transitions in their life.
