I have been so very blessed to meet some of the most amazing people in my real estate career.

There is a story behind this beautiful gift from a client after our closing last week.

Hosting an Open House on our listing, the friendliest couple dropped in looking at homes pondering a move to the Village. She loved the house instantly, and felt great energy while there.

They reached out to see if I would show them other homes the next day and I gladly did so ! After viewing several homes, they came back to this one and placed an offer.

During our time there while deciding what they wanted to do, she and I had a conversation about our deceased parents. We talked about cardinals and the butterflies that always remind me of my dad when I see one.

The offer was accepted after negotiations, a quick 2 week close, and they are now proud owners of a second home in Hot Springs Village!

I am so fortunate to have this opportunity doing something I absolutely love !
I truly feel people are placed in each others lives for a reason, and I am so glad to have been in the right place at the right time.
When I opened my closing gift, it brought tears to my eyes getting such a heartfelt thank you from them knowing I was able yet again to be a part of the journey of making another client's dream a reality!

Every closing day is special because you've helped your clients through the entire journey beginning to end in finding their dream home.

It is extra special when you are so trusted by them, they refer their family members to you becoming the FOURTH family member who chooses you as their agent! Even more so when it is the first closing of three for the week !

It was a pleasure working with these wonderful ladies Sandy & Michelle , maneuvering through a FSBO, which is unique in its own way.

We had many fun moments, and some stressful moments during this process, but the end result of handing over the keys to this beautiful home at closing, makes it all worthwhile!

Is your listing sitting for days or months with no movement ? You are not the only one.

My client had his home listed for seven months prior to reaching out to me. After multiple price improvements, with no offers in sight, the solution was to make another large price reduction, meaning a loss of several thousands of dollars. That was not what he wanted, so he sought out another agency.

Being very discouraged when he contacted me, the only goal, the end goal was to get this property sold !
I walked the home with him, using my expertise, along with an honest conversation, and gave him a solution to the dilemma.
He followed my advice and completed the list of items I suggested that should be done to move the sale along.

Immediately upon going live, we had several showings with a solid offer in hand within a week, that will net him several thousands of dollars more than he would've received if another large price reduction to sell the property was put in place as suggested.

There is always more to the story, reasons why your home is not selling. It is not always only the price of the home. A great agent will walk you through process to get your home sold so it doesn't sit on the market longer than it should be, taking it to Under Contract, soon to be SOLD!

It is always a treat to find time to get on the golf course during busy season. We've golfed three time in the last two weeks on our beautiful Granada, and Isabella courses.

The greens are perfect with all the rain we've been getting and my score is improving!
