Open to any offers. We are caregiving for family, and our health will not allow us to move again.

Due to elder family issues, we are living on the East Coast. As much as we love this lot, village, and area, we have no option than to let it go as we do not see being able to build and live here. My heart is sad, but such is life.

We fell in love with this area and have owned this lot since 1985. As much as we want to build and live here, family circumstances have changed and make it difficult for us to fulfill this dream.

The lot for sale is on Caceres Way: Lot 11, Blk 1. It is located in an area that is easily accessible to the many activities and attractions in HSV. The lot is fairly level which makes it more easily built on.

Since 1970, Hot Springs Village has been a sought-after community in Arkansas for retirees and families from across the U.S.
Encompassing 26,000 acres of the Ouachita Mountains, Hot Springs Village is the largest private, gated community in North America, and is constantly ranked “one of the 50 best places to retire.”
It is 30 minutes north of Hot Springs, 1 hour west of Little Rock, and 5 hours from downtown Dallas. It has award winning facilities and covers a large range of interests. Hot Springs Village has its own police and fire departments within the gates.

GOLF: There are nine professionally designed golf courses: seven 18-hole golf courses, one 27-hole golf complex and one prestigious, award-winning private club which are available to residents year-round.
With 171 holes, there is great golf for all skill levels.

Diamante Members Club is the only private membership golf club in Hot Springs Village. Opened in 1995, Diamante was ranked the No. 1 golf course in Arkansas by Golf Digest for a four-year stretch. Consistently dubbed as one of the most challenging yet flexible golf courses ever built, Diamante’s unique course design plays like six incredible golf courses in one.
Diamante is a monster stretching 7,560 yards from its back set of seven tees. It was tagged the 38th most difficult course in the nation by Golf Digest in 2009 and one of the 10 Toughest ClubCorp Courses by Private Clubs magazine in 2006.
Diamante features a golf shop, driving range, putting green, short green area and restaurant. Greens are made of SR1020 Bent grass, and fairways are Meyers Zoysia grass.
