Afternoon reflection time!
Facebook reminded me today that last year on my birthday, I was at the closing table — closing on this home for a family member. 🏡🤍

And here I am one year later, celebrating another birthday with a couple of homes under contract, both expected to close within the next few weeks.

The last couple of birthdays haven’t looked like big celebrations. Real estate has had me working 😂— but honestly, when I look at where I was then versus where I am now, I can’t help but be grateful.

Grateful for every client who has trusted me.
Grateful for every lesson, every closed door, and every opportunity.
Grateful that I get to continue building something that means a lot to me.

31 feels different.

I’m not wishing for a completely different life this year. I’m just excited to see what God does with the one I’m building.
