For those who were not able to get out to the HSV Independence Day celebration tonight here is a short video. The sunset was amazing! The purple sky, mountains, Lake full of boats, and a very well organized celebration, I have to say just made for an awesome evening! Thank you to the organizers and most of all I want to thank those who have protected and continue to protect our nation & freedoms!

That’s your Realtor out there on the tube! 😂 My daughter was filming. You can here her say “no Dad” because she knew I was really wanting to try and sling her off! 😆 We were really enjoying lake Cortez today.

No one ever: I just have too much storage space in my home!

It’s true, we can always use extra space! You want potential buyers to come in your home and see plenty of space for pots in the cabinets, food in the pantry, and clothes in the closets. The best way to make it look that way is not to have clutter and not to over-stuff your storage areas. This will also cut down on how much you have to clean in-between showings.
