10 fun facts about Melissa Smith!
1. Melissa loves football and basketball and, most of all, she loves watching her boys play. It is the highlight of her year! 🏈 🏀
2. She is married to her amazing husband, Brandon, and is the mother of 6 crazy kids: Lauren, Zach, Keily, Dallas, Houston, and Corlee. She also has 3 stepsons, Dravin, Trevor, and Channing! 5 of them are grown and have families of their own. She has 1 granddaughter, Sophia, who lives in Louisiana. She also has 3 grand pups! “Life is a circus around here every single day!” is what she tells us. 👨👩👧👦
3. She has 1 dog, a French Bulldog named Rocco who is 1 1/2 years old. 🐾
4. She has been a stay-at-home mom to her 13-year-old twin boys Dallas & Houston and has decided to jump back into the workforce doing something she loves--houses and people! She considers herself a "helper" and a "fixer" person. It is her passion. If you were to ask someone who knows her, they would absolutely say the same. She received her real estate license in February 2023 and she is eager to shoot this rocket to the moon! 🏠
5. She loves to travel, especially if there is a beach involved, and she loves to take cruises. Weekend getaways with no agenda, she’s in! Just tell her what to pack! 🏖️
6. She enjoys landscaping, gardening, camping, and hanging by the pool. 🌱
7. She has lived in Hot Springs, AR her whole life! She was born and raised here and graduated from Hot Springs High School. 🎓
8. Her family is very important to her and she spends a lot of time with her sisters (she has 2) and her mother. They are a very close family. ❤️
9. A not-so-fun fact - she is super claustrophobic. She gets super nervous in tight spaces, so don’t expect her to check out the crawl space! 😖
10. Last but not least; When she says she is a "Fixer" that is exactly what she means. If she doesn’t know how to do something she WILL figure it out and help. Hang a fan, she’s got you! Change out electrical outlets from black to white? She’s got you! Lay a tile floor, she’s got you! Fix a faucet? She’s got you! 👍💯
She is such an amazing asset to our team, and we are so lucky to have her.
